Stories Of The Songsters

As part of the Heron & Willow's celebrations of its third birthday, it is delighted to team up with Scottish Storyteller (and Jedburgh lad) James Spence to present a new performance of stories connected with musical greats and their songs. A big music fan, James has collected and developed these stories over a number of years into a celebration of the magic of works and music.

The show will take place at McDonald Dryburgh Room, a minutes walk from the shop.

This event has been made possible due to the Scottish International Storytelling Festival’s Big Scottish Story Ripple initiative. The Scottish International Storytelling Festival (SISF) is organised by Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland (TRACS) and the Big Scottish Story Ripple is supported by The Scottish Storytelling Forum.
