Family Foraging with The Grizzly Forager

Heron & Willow are delighted to welcome back The Grizzly Forager to Jedburgh for a family foraging adventure. This time we are heading slightly out of town to Harden Burn and we'll be looking for mushrooms! This will be a gentle walk (though it is through wooded land without paths).

There is an area to park you car. The wood is up Sharplaw Road, a 4 minute drive from the centre of town or a half hour walk. We'll send specific instructions just before the event.

John Shahabeddin is a foraging expert, author, photographer, educator, and creator of The Grizzly Forager, an online foraging resource all about foraging with kids with over 500K followers across popular social media platforms. John lives in rural Northumberland, UK, with his wife, Christina, and his two children, Arthur and Sybbie, who share their foraging adventures with the world. All children must be accompanied by an adult but please only book tickets for the children that are attending.
